Chair Rentals - how it works

We’ll confirm availability and send your quote.

•  A 50% deposit is required to secure your event 
• Dates are not held without a deposit
• Sign Rental Agreement

• Final headcount due 15 days before your event 
• You can increase your count, but not reduce after this point 

• We deliver, set up, and pick up your chairs
• Standard delivery fee: $250 within 50 miles of Elyria, OH 
• Locations beyond that may require a custom quote 

 We return for pickup—no stress for you 

• Deposits are refundable up to 30 days before your event 
• No refunds after final payment 
• Late payments may result in cancellation of your reservation 
• Chairs may show normal wear (minor scratches, etc.) 
• Client is responsible for damaged or missing chairs
• Full rental agreement will be provided prior to booking.
